With #1 in mind, I ran another Google+ Hangouts prototype on Wednesday. With #2 in mind, I invited just one person: a friend on the west coast.
On Sunday evening at 8, I ran my first prototype. Six friends and I gathered on Google+ Hangouts to cook Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple Soup. The purpose of this prototype was to understand what the actual experience of cooking while video chatting would be like.
Recipe for America by Jill Richardson was an excellent and comprehensive introduction to all the major issues plaguing the US food system. Here are some of my thoughts after reading it.
